Originally made and designed for use in hospitals as urology pump. This type of pump is operated by squeezing on the trigger handle. In addition there is pressure relief knob, which enables you to release the pressure on demand without disconnecting the penis pump from the vacuum cylinder. The Basic Trigger pump is one hand operational.
Except the guage, the main difference between this pump and the Gauged Trigger pump is the Hydro-pumping capabitlies. Unlike the the Gauged Trigger pump, the Basic Trigger pump is suitable for pumping inside water.

Usage Note: None of the Bostonpump.com penis pump cylinders are made to hold suction. The penis pumps create negative pressure (vacuum) in the cylinder only! After reaching the optimum level of the vacuum in the suction cylinder, you must disconnect the pump from the cylinder or else you will lose the vacuum.
