1. For your safety and proper operation, always read all accompanying literature and enclosed care instructions prior to operation.
2. All our products are sold with 30 days limited manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise specified.
3. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND IS ISSUED FOR ORDERS WITH THE WRONG SIZE IF THEY’VE BEEN USED OR THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE IS BROKEN OR MISSING. CANCELLATION OF CUSTOMIZED CYLINDER/S WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 12HRS AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER. OTHERWISE, ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATION. NO RETURNS OF CUSTOM PRODUCTS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. No return or exchange of 2-stage cylinders with wrong sizes.

5. You have 12HRS to cancel your newly placed order. Any request of cancelleation after this time frame is subject to 15% LATE CANCELLATION FEE. This is a fee that is enforced by the credit card companies; please do not place a premature order to prevent this cancellation fee!
6. For REFUNDS, products must be UNOPENED in it's original plastic sealed package. Good only within 15 days from the delivery date. RETURNS OF NON ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO 15% RETOCKING FEE+S&H. RETURNS OF ALL ELETRICAL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE+S&H. Restocking fees will be deducted from the refunds. WWW.BOSTONPUMP.COM and our affiliates are not responsible for returned goods damaged during shipping. Shipping costs are not refunded. No return or exchange of 2-stage cylinders with wrong sizes.
7. Always contact our Customer Service Center Contact Here before returning any items. RMA# (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION#) is required for all returns. Returns without prior authorization or RMA# will be REFUSED!!!
8. Returns are subject to evaluation by our engineers in order to determine and validate the issues and the $ amount of the refunds.
9. Remember, we will NOT issue a partial product value refund on PACKAGE DEALS, they must be returned all together!
10. Other claims such as missing items, damaged items etc., MUST be made within 5 days from the delivery date. To validate such claim, a proper carrier lost or damage report form must also be submitted. Damaged claim usually require proper documentation that you must obtain from the carrier. They (The carrier) must be contacted 1st !
11. Shipping will only be reimbursed if the package is shipped via standard delivery service and AFTER we determine that the item(s) has a manufacturer defect.
12. When contacting our Customer Service, always refer to your order ID# it helps us to help you faster and more accurately.
13. We are not responsible for any transaction fees.
