What is EPP?

Boston Pump Equipment Protection Plan (EPP) is basically an extended equipment insurance plan beyond your 30 days manufacturer defect warranty.  You must purchase this plan at the same time when purchasing your penis pump equipment.

How do I purchase it?

You can add EPP to your shopping cart for any specific product that EPP is offered. Please look at the product description and select from the drop down menu. The EPP covers only products that are participating on this program. 

What is covered?

The EPP covers all the damages and defects that are causing your product to malfunction or not operate properly. Simply, during the EPP period, send the product back to us, and if we cannot repair it we will replace it for free. Yes, EPP covers your shipping and handling too. 

Are there any restrictions?

Some restrictions will apply. These are:

1.The EPP is only offered for a new product.

2. It is only valid for 1 year and cannot be extended.

2. The cost of EPP is non refundable even if the product is returned.

3. All returns are subject to evaluation and validation of defect or malfunction. Only manufacturer defects are covered and not intentional damages. 

5. This program is not transferable.

6. Cancelled EPP cannot be reactivated or refunded.
